About Us

The journey of P.K. Subramaniam and Co began in 1956 with a single practitioner, Shri P.K. Subramaniam. The foundation laid by him has guided the firm to accomplish 6 decades of active practice.

The Firm has grown from a single practitioner to a Firm having nine Chartered Accountants (including seven partners) spread across four branches in the state of Karnataka. The total strength of the Firm is now around 75 people.

P.K. Subramaniam & Co. is empaneled with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India as one of the firms eligible for major audits, with ICAI for Bank Audits and categorized as Category-I Firm, and is also empaneled with Reserve Bank of India for conducting Statutory Audits for Public Sector Undertakings, Insurance Companies, Banks and Financial Institutions.

The practice areas of the Firm today have expanded beyond the traditional areas of returns, audit and compliance filings to include legal and consultancy services, etc.
